The self-service is convenient and there is a lot of functionality, yet the interface is clunky and super confusing. Not for the weak of heart.
What We Liked

- Can configure report to run from multiple IP locations
What We Didn't Like
- Interface very complex to understand
- Requires more time to setup account and configure keywords
